By downloading or using Pure Path, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not Medical Advice
Pure Path is a self-improvement tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or addiction treatment. If you are struggling with addiction or mental health issues, please seek professional help. The app is designed to complement, not replace, professional treatment.
Use of the App
Pure Path is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pure Path.
Community Content
The Community lets members share posts and replies anonymously. You must agree to these Community Terms in the app before you can post. You agree not to post explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, or otherwise objectionable content, and not to abuse other members. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. All posts and replies are automatically filtered, and any post, reply, or user can be reported or blocked from within the app. We review every report within 24 hours, remove violating content, and remove users who post it. To report a concern directly, contact support@pure-path.app.
Subscriptions
Pure Path Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. For purchases made through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Pure Path is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
