Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pure Path ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Pure Path is a mobile application designed to help users:
- Track recovery progress from unwanted habits
- Build and maintain healthy daily habits
- Receive motivational support and reminders
- Reflect on personal growth
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pure Path. If you are under 18, review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Account Registration
Guest Mode
- You may use Pure Path without creating an account
- All data is stored locally on your device
- Data will be lost if you uninstall the app or reset your device
Registered Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to provide accurate and current information
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
- To cancel, manage your subscription in the App Store or Google Play settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
Our Property
- The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pure Path
- All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
Your Content
- You retain ownership of any content you create (notes, custom habits)
- You grant us a limited license to store and display your content within the App
- Your encrypted personal notes remain entirely private
Medical Disclaimer
- A substitute for professional mental health treatment
- A replacement for addiction treatment programs
- Medical advice or counseling
If you are struggling with addiction or mental health issues, please seek help from qualified healthcare professionals. In case of emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Termination
By You
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account through Settings or uninstalling the App.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Dispute Resolution

- Informal Resolution: Contact us at legal@purepath.app before filing any claim
- Arbitration: Disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration
Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Firebase (Google) for authentication and storage, RevenueCat for subscriptions, and Apple/Google for sign-in. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
